Our Thrive program is designed to support teens aged 14 to 20 who don’t thrive in the “normal” school pathways.
These teens are likely to earn less, be more dependent on welfare and experience poorer physical & mental health than those who finish school.
In Thrive we support these teens through employment, mentoring and training. As they work alongside us, we teach them life and business skills – such as money management, making and keeping appointments & talking with customers.
We help them to get the training they need for their career, and other important things like their driver’s license and first aid certificate. And, most importantly, we give them a safe and encouraging environment in which to learn and grow.
