One size fits all Ice Boots with long Velcro tabs to secure firmly on leg, the boots measure 44cmx44cm. The ice boots offers cooling down of tendon & fetlock to help reduce after -workout swelling. The boot can be re -used by dipping in a cold bucket of water or placing in fridge before use.
* soak in cold water or place in fridge for approx. 1hr before use.
* wrap around leg and secure with elastic & Velcro tabs to help prevent slipping.
* use for approx. 20 minute only at a time.
* do not use on cuts, abrasions or damaged skin
